You must live in Nacogdoches County and provide proof of address. Only one application/voucher per household.
Please note: Inaccurate or incomplete applications will not be acknowledged or receive a voucher.
Vouchers will be issued to Nacogdoches County Residents at the discretion of the HSNC.
- All entries must be complete and accurate.
(Incomplete or inaccurate entries will not be acknowledged or receive a voucher.) - Limit of 1 animal per household.
- Your Spring Special Vouchers will be sent to the email address you used to submit your application form.
Instructions
Please read thoroughly before sending.
- Fill out the online application fully, save, then attach it to your email. (Link below)
- Attach a photocopy of your current photo ID to the same email.
(If the address on your photo ID is not current, proof of current address must be sent also. No exceptions) - Email all of the above to [email protected]
(ALL items above must be included in one email. Do NOT send multiple emails.)
